SPOKES MEMBERSHIP

Currently the best way to support Spokes is by becoming a member and/or donating to us. To pay your membership fee you  can scroll down the page to find out more. If you are not a member yet you can sign up here.

If you would like to make a donation to Spokes Canterbury you can do so here.

We also ask, if you are financially able, to donate to the Cycling Action Network. (CAN)
CAN advocates for cycling at a national level which is important for talking with politicians and trying to get more funding for cycling at a national level.
CAN is a registered charity. You may be eligible to claim a tax credit for a donation of $5 or more. Spokes is NOT a registered charity but donations will be gratefully accepted and will support cycling in the Canterbury region directly.

We are a group of volunteers who donate our time to make cycling safe for everyone. Funding helps us buy stationery, improve our knowledge of best practice by attending workshops and fora, host events to share knowledge, fund cycling events in Christchurch and more!

If you are paying your membership fee for multiple people please do them as separate bank transfers. Likewise if you wish to make a donation, please do that as a seperate transfer. This makes reading bank statement much easier for our volunteers! Membership rates are as follows.

Earner/Standard Membership: $10

Student/Gold card holder/other relevant discount card: $5
