Snap Send Solve is a smart phone app to help make reporting issues easy. Report cycle related road hazards, problems with plants & trees, or general problems. Simply download the app onto your phone and start reporting. This is supported by Christchurch City Council, Waimakariri District Council and Selwyn District Council.

Currently you cannot report parking infringements of motor vehicles parked in cycleways via Snap Send Solve. Please call the Christchurch City Council directly on 0800 800 169
